A situational attribution is to assigned roles as a dispositional attribution is to personality traits.

What is personality?

There is no universally accepted definition of personality, but the majority of theories center on motivation and psychological interactions with the environment one is surrounded by. Trait-based personality theories, such as those defined by Raymond Cattell, define personality as traits that predict behaviors, cognitions, and emotional patterns over time. On the other side, more behaviorally oriented approaches use habits and learning to define personality. However, the majority of theories consider personality to be largely stable. Personality psychology is the study of how people's personalities function.

Answer:
Benevolent sexism
Explanation:
Benevolent sexism refers to a chivalrous attitude toward women, this attitude is sexist because it sees women as in need of men's protection.
Benevolent sexism is a form of paternalistic prejudice directed toward women. This sexism corresponds with an attitude of treating women as needing men's protection, help and provision. Thus, people that are benevolent sexists end up overhelping women.
In this example, Dionne decided to major in chemical engineering. However, she discovers that her professors are giving her more deadline extensions and better grades than the men in her classes. We can see that her professors are overhelping her as if she weren't able to achieve the same things during the same amount of time as the men in her class. Thus, this is an example of benevolent sexism.
1. Identify at least one responsibility for motor vehicle safety carried out by each of the three levels of government (federal, state, local) through their various agencies.
- The federal government issues the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS). These are regulations designed by Congress that control the design, construction, performance and durability of vehicles.
- The state governments are responsible for vehicle safety inspection and emissions inspection. These are carried out in each state individually, with 15 states having a periodic safety inspection program.
- Local law enforcement is often responsible for monitoring the correct adherence of drivers to these laws.
2. Give your opinion and prioritize the key public health activities for the 21st Century.
I believe that it is good that all levels of government participate in the regulation of motor vehicle safety through their various agencies. The collaboration of different levels of government means that the laws passed to protect drivers, bystanders and the environment are respected.
3. How would you begin to implement your top two priority items?
One of my priority items would be regular vehicle safety inspection in all 50 states of the country. In order to get this passed, I would have to address the state government. My other priority would be better awareness of the laws and of drivers' responsibilities. This would most likely take the form of campaigns sponsored by the local government.
