What elements of the foundation Hamilton laid can still be found in the system today?
Artist 52 [7]

Answer:

Hamilton’s foundation can be found in virtually everything that is wrong in the country today: An overarching centralized government; private centralized banking with a fiat currency; a permanent standing military; systematic restriction of individual rights and liberties; collusion between government and favored industries and businesses; a pervasive tax system to finance it all by extracting wealth from the public; and an aggressive system of police to enforce the taxation.

In short, Hamilton believed that the American government should be a copy of the English mercantilist system, only instead of a king at the head, an oligarchy of which Hamilton was a part. All of the features listed above where part of that mercantilist system, and because it enriches the political class, it was enthusiastically adopted and made increasingly sophisticated over the years.

So basically, the pervasive corruption of government; the sole goals of government to control and confiscate; demonstrate the foundations that were laid by Hamilton.
