Try VTR, My explanation for this answer is the question is asking to name three points on plane B and the first three options go off the B plane and if you look the last option is the only one that stays in the B plane
Answer:
The equation is c=2n
The constant of proportionality is 2
$18 will buy 9 cups of coffee
Step-by-step explanation:
Cost c=2*n
where c is the number of cups
The constant of proportion is 2
If cost is $18, then
18 = 2n
n = 18/2
n = 9
$18 will purchase 9 cups of coffee
Answer:
Hi, Jordan here! :D
Step-by-step explanation:
A triangular prism is a prism that has two congruent triangles as its bases connected by three rectangular lateral faces. The surface area of the triangular prism is the sum total of the areas of its bases and its lateral faces. Formula to find the surface area of a triangular prism. The Surface Area = 2 B + p h.
I hope this helps, let me know if it's wrong :D
So i’m not sure if there is a different way to do this but here’s how i did it:
start with 2:5
then just keep going up till you can add both numbers and get 28
so next i multiplied both sides by 2 to keep the ratio and got 4:10
then i went back and tried again and tried multiplying 3
which is 6:15.
that only is 21 students so it’s not right
next i tried 4
2 x 4 = 8
and
5 x 4 = 20
8:20 is still a 2:5 ratio and
8 + 20 = 28
so 8 students were in the teachers play
let me know if i can clarify anything
Radius = √(7-(-1))² + (8-(-7))² = √8²+15² = √289 = 17
Let the point be (-15,y)
(-15-(-7))² + (y-(-1))² = 17²
⇒ -8² + (y+1)² = 17²
⇒ 64 + (y+1)² = 289
⇒ (y+1)² = 289 - 64 = 225
⇒ y+1 = +15 or -15
⇒ y = +15-1 or -15-1
⇒ y = 14 or -16
Thus, the point can be either (-15,14) or (-15,-16)
