How do i solve ∑(n→∞)〖4.594 ln(n)- 0.8129〗
Vitek1552 [10]

For every n \geq 2, we have

4.594\log(n)-0.8129>1

So, negletting the first term, each term of the sum is greater than 1, which implies

\displaystyle \sum_{n=2}^\infty 4.594\log(n)-0.8129> \sum_{n=1}^\infty 1 =\infty

Which means that the series diverges.

{\qquad\quad\qquad\huge\underline{{\sf Answer}}}

Here we go ~

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \:  {x}^{2}  +  \cfrac{1}{ {x}^{2} }  = 34

[ add 2 on both sides ]

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \:  {x}^{2}  +  \cfrac{1}{ {x}^{2} } + 2  = 34 + 2

[ form identity : a² + b² + 2ab ]

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \:  {(x)}^{2}  +  { \bigg(\cfrac{1}{ {x}^{} } \bigg) }^{2}  + 2 \sdot(x)  \sdot  \bigg(\cfrac{1}{x} \bigg)  = 36

[ a² + b² + 2ab = (a + b)² ]

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \: {\bigg (x  +  \cfrac{1}{x}  \bigg) }^{2}  = 36

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \: {\bigg (x  +  \cfrac{1}{x}  \bigg) }^{}  =  \sqrt{ 36}

\qquad \sf  \dashrightarrow \: x  +  \cfrac{1}{x}    =   \pm 6

so, the value of required expression is 6

[usually positive value is considered, but if asked the value can be either positive or negative]

I NEED HELP PLEASE HELP
yan [13]

Answer:

The last one.

Step-by-step explanation:

The 1/2 slope has to be positive because the graph goes upward from the left to the right. If you plug in (3, -2), a possible point on the line, you get that 1=1, which is seemingly true.

Which could be the missing data item for the given set of data if the median of the complete data set is 50?
aleksandr82 [10.1K]
Find the median of this data
21+23+60+60+50+54+54+59+26+15+43+15=480/ 12 = 40
Now the median should be 50 so take 50 - 40 = 10

The missing number from the data is 10
