That really depends on your doctor. Some people are high at 140  and others at 130 for the systolic. If you are young, I think 130 is pretty high. If you are older maybe 140 if the point where you should be paying attention.

For the diastolic 80 is good. 85 is take a note book when you go see a doctor and 90 it's time to be a worry wart.

These are just numbers. Throughout the day, the numbers can vary quite a bit so one bad reading does not make you a candidate for high blood pressure.

If you learn to relax before it is taken, it makes a 10 - 15 point difference on the systolic and don't let people bully you about it.

If you are interviewing for a job and want to impress the interviewer with your communication skills, which communication style
taurus [48]

Excellent communication skills are essential for workplace success. If you've landed an interview, expect to be asked interview questions about how you communicate, and to have your ability to communicate in the workplace tested and evaluated. Regardless of the role, employers seek employees who can get along with others and who can communicate well both verbally and non-verbally.

When you interview for a job, the hiring manager will ask about communication skills, including how you address issues, how you handle challenging situations, what you expect as far as communication from management, and other questions related to your ability to communicate.

After the interview, it is a good idea to send a ____ note or letter to the interviewer.
Sedbober [7]
Answer: Handwritten.

Explanation: After your job interview, the first follow-up should be a thank you note; preferably a handwritten letter sent through the mail, which is more likely to be read, but an email on time is better than nothing. You should always send a note to every person you interviewed with, no later than 24 hours after the interview.

timurjin [86]
The last option, “I’m taking away your privileges and will apply restraints.”

The other options are too plain and simple. if the nurse just said that dialogue I’m sure the action (client hitting another client) would occur once again. Therefore it’s the last option, so the nurse will take action and prevent it from happening in the future.
