The FDA should give Aquabounty permission to grow and sell transgenic salmon because studies have shown that transgenic salmons which are genetically modified are harmless. This finding has allayed the fears of the people. Permission to grow and sell this type of salmons will make it easier for transportation to other parts of the country because it doesn’t necessarily have to come from the sea. It also ensures there is increased availability of the products all over the country.
