zheka24 [161]

Answer:

Impaired Skin Integrity related to urinary bladder infection and dehydration

Explanation:

Urinary bladder infection can be caused by poor water intake or poor hygiene. The main causes that prevent this infection are to urinate after sex, change diapers and pads when they are wet, avoid wet clothes and, most importantly, drink plenty of water because dehydration is one of the main factors influencing urinary infection.

Symptoms vary widely: pain, burning, urge to go to the toilet, strong pee smell, little pee elimination and even fever. The patient may also have skin abrasions due to the high degree of dehydration. For this reason, in the case shown in the question above, we can state that the integrity of the patient's skin is impaired, this happened due to urinary bladder infection and dehydration.
