Benefits to being vegan - 

-this certain diet is quite beneficial to your health in many ways such as,
1.lowering blood pressure
2.preventing prostate cancer
3.reducing chances of colon cancer
4.lowering your rate on breast cancer
5.also reducing the risk of <span> for heart disease and Type 2 diabetes.
6.</span><span>Vegan diets go far in preventing heart attack and stroke.
