Answer: Bone fracture surgical repair is performed when a broken bone can't heal properly with casting, splinting or bracing alone. The most common type of fracture surgery involves internal fixation, where broken pieces of bone are placed back in the right position using surgical screws, pins, rods, or plates.

In a couple of sentences, explain why is it recommended to go back and retest for HIV after three months?
Vadim26 [7]

Answer:

The CDC suggests retesting because of the "window period." This is the length of time between exposure to HIV and when HIV shows up on a test. This can take up to three months. So if your test result is negative, protect yourself and get retested after three months.
