<span>Both fats and steroids are unhealthy for your body. They both can make your body extremely ill or sick. The only difference is that you can survive with fats in your body (and some fats are actually good for you). Steroids can cause different problems some are physically unattractive like acne and breast development in men and life threatening ones like heart attack. Steroids have many more side effects.  </span>
