You would make them all over 10, then subtract them from \frac{10}{10}
The probabilities are \frac{1}{10}, \frac{2}{10}, \frac{5}{10}
Add them together, you get, \frac{8}{10}
10-8=2 so x=\frac{2}{10} or \frac{1}{5}

Xelga [282]

Given:

The equation is

\dfrac{3}{2}+b=\dfrac{7}{4}

To find:

The value of b.

Solution:

We have,

\dfrac{3}{2}+b=\dfrac{7}{4}

Subtracting both sides by \dfrac{3}{2}, we get

b=\dfrac{7}{4}-\dfrac{3}{2}

b=\dfrac{7-2(3)}{4}

b=\dfrac{7-6}{4}

b=\dfrac{1}{4}

Therefore, the value of b is \dfrac{1}{4}.

Answer:

24

Step-by-step explanation:

whatever you add or divide to the numerator, you do to the denominator. the same occurs the other way round,too.

If 11 is multiplied by 6 to give 66.

then, 4 should also be multiplied by 6, for the equivalent fraction. This gives you 24.

Hope this helps. Good Luck
