Eliminate B and C because the solid lines means there is a equal sign
between A and D, the line with the intercept of 3/2 has the area underneath shaded, so the sign should be < than, the line with the intercept of 1/2 has the area above it shaded, so the sign should be >. 
A satisfies both conditions, so A is the answer
