Answer:

4. Look at the serving size.

1. Check how many servings there are in one package of food.

3. Look at the Percent DV to assess if particular nutrients are low, moderate, or high.

2. Assess the nutrient values such as fat, saturated fat, dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

Explanation:

In first place, you should loot at the serving size to see how much of the product is one serving.

Then, you should check how many servings are in the package. At this point you already know how much is one serving, now you will find how many serving has the product.

After that, you look at the Percent Daily Value, this will tell you the amount of nutrients in one serving, you already know how many servings it has the product, and after this step, you will know how many nutrients it has the whole product.

Lastly, you will assess all nutrients and their values, at this point you have all needed information to decide about fat, fiber, vitamins, if the product has it or not, if the product fits with your diet or not.

Oxana [17]
This condition is called "Emphysema".

Emphysema refers to a long term, dynamic illness of the lungs that basically causes shortness of breath due to over-expansion of the alveoli (which are air sacs in the lung). In individuals with emphysema, the lung tissue associated with exchange of gases (oxygen and carbon dioxide) is impeded or wrecked.

Which of the following physiological symptoms are signs of stress?
Nat2105 [25]
The answer is letter D.

Headaches and elevated blood pressures are physiological symptoms of stress. When a person is experiencing high levels of stress, bodily functions and chemical processes within the body become imbalanced. Stress causes the heart to pump extra and the brain produces high levels of chemicals to trigger a protective response to stressors. People who experience chronic stress tend to develop other diseases (e.g. heart failures, stroke) that may lead to death. In order to manage stress a person must engage in breathing and relaxing exercises that may return the body back to its homeostasis.

Joanne had a huge cancerous tumor removed from her breast this damaged her breast whitch procedure would Joanne doctor suggests
lidiya [134]
The procedure that Joanne's doctor would suggest to repair her breasts is a plastic surgery. Since she is now healthy, and tumor-free, she wants to have beautiful breasts again and the doctor believes that plastic surgery is going to help her. It will reconstruct her breasts and make them look "normal" again, the way they were before the operation to remove her tumor.
