  • Giving and accepting feedback: Just as it is important to hear an individual's complaints, it is important to know how to respond to those complaints and to make their complaints as well. Always trying to solve the problem and maintaining respect among those involved.

I honestly feel everyone is different but me personally I deal with stress by breathing exercises. It feels good and it makes me get rid of my stress. I also take baths and do my breathing exercises in there as well.
