Answer:

straightedge and compass

Step-by-step explanation:

The straight edge would take the longest to complete. This is because he method is a manual method and involves a lot of measuring and checking. iN Addition, the student has to make sure that they have done their calculations well to ensure that the hexagon has the same line length. Not only that, the student needs to make sure that the angles are calculated accurately as this will have an impact on the results. On the other hand, a computer program is preset to calculate the line length and the angles between each line. Thus, values are only entered and the diagram is produced.

I think the best way is to use a computer drawing program in constructing a regular hexagon inscribed in a circle. Its because a computer program is an accurate, precise and the most important it is more efficient than using the straight edge and compass

∆ABC is a right angled at B and D is a point on BC if AD = 18cm BD = 9cm and CD =4cm Find AC
Gemiola [76]

In triangle, ABD,

AD²= AB²+BD²

AB² = AD²-BD²

AB² = 18²-9² = 324-81 = 243

AB = √243

In triangle, ABC,

AC² = AB²+BC²

AC² = (√243)²+(13)²

AC² = 243+169

AC = √412

AC = 20.29
