It will be r=-d-63.6/3.4

So we know that r is the number of raffle tickets she purchases and d is the balance of her bank account.

We are given the equation d = -3.4r + 63.6 and we want to get the account ~balance down to $22.80. So since d represents the account balance just plug in $22.80 for d and solve for r.

When you do that you should get r = 12.

So, Rosa will need to buy 12 tickets to get her account balance down to $22.80.

Simplify: 3 · 32 + 8 ÷ 2 − (4 + 3)
Law Incorporation [45]

Answer: 93

Step-by-step explanation:

To solve this we need to follow BIDMAS.

The order of calculations is brackets, division, then multiplication, then addition, then subtraction.

1) (4 + 3) = 7

2) Division: 8 / 2 = 4

3) Multiplication: 3 * 32 = 96

This leaves us with:

96 + 4 - 7

This equals 93.

Which expression does NOT equal 4/5?
4 x 1/5
2 + 2/5
1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5
2 x 2/5
amid [387]
4 x 1/5 is 4/5 so it is not that one. 1/5+1/5+1/5+1/5 equals 4/5 so it is not that one. 2 x 2/5 is 4/5 so it is not that one.

2+2/5 is 12/5 so this expression does not equal 4/5
