Slope intercept form y=mx+b
where m is the slope (rise over run) the slope here is rise (3 over 1)

and b is the y intercept so the point (0,7)
because the line will intercect the y axis where X is zero

Answer :
plot the point given (2,3) and the y intercept (0,7)

then you can connect the two
make sure by double check that the slope is 3.
