The total length of ribbon Bella has = 85 feet

Length needed by Bella for each wrapping = 3.5 feet

The total number of identical strips Bella can cut from 85 feet are =

\frac{85}{3.5}

=  24.28

Rounding it off to nearest whole number it becomes 24

hence, Bella can cut 24 identical strips from the long strip.
