Answer:

In a series circuit there is just one path so the charge..., so the bulbs will all get powered by the electricity as it only has one path, although a parallel circuit would be better to power multiple light bulbs at a time.

Answer:

Evaporation happens when a liquid substance becomes a gas. When water is heated, it evaporates. The molecules move and vibrate so quickly that they escape into the atmosphere as molecules of water vapor. ... Heat from the sun, or solar energy, powers the evaporation process.

And due to the water being hot, it added to the evaporation

Can a moving object have gravitational energy?
Evgesh-ka [11]

Answer:

It is worth noting that the higher the gravitational energy of an object moving downwards, the lower the kinetic energy, and the lower the kinetic energy of an object moving upwards, the higher its gravitational energy.

Gravitational potential energy is acquired by an object when it has been moved against a gravitational field. For example, an object raised above the surface of the Earth will gain energy, which is released if the object is allowed to fall back to the ground.

When hydrogen is heated or subjected to an electric discharge, it emits light with specific visible wavelengths. A diffraction g
BartSMP [9]

To solve this problem we will apply the concepts related to the double slit-experiment. For which we will relate the distance between the Slits and the Diffraction Angle with the order of the bright fringe and the wavelength, this is mathematically given as,

d sin\theta = m\lambda

Here,

d = Distance between Slits

m = Order of the fringes

\lambda = Wavelength

\text{Spacing between adjacent lines} = d = 4926nm

\text{Wavelength of light} = \lambda = 656nm

Rearranging to find the angle,

sin\theta = \frac{m\lambda}{d}

\theta = sin^{-1}(\frac{m\lambda}{d})

\theta = sin^{-1}(\frac{(4)(656*10^{-9}m)}{4926*10^{-9}m})

\theta = 32.19\°

Therefore the angle that the fourth order bright fringe occur for this specific wavelenth of light occur is 32.19°

Identify one type of electromagnetic energy that has a shorter wave length than green light
11111nata11111 [884]
When you look at the acronym ROY G. BIV, you get the wavelengths from longest to shortest.  Since Green is in the middle of ROY G. BIV, anything to the right of it would have a shorter wavelength.  You can choose in the visible range Blue, Indigo, or Violet.

A 0.280-kg volleyball approaches a player horizontally with a speed of 15.0 m/s. The player strikes the ball with her fist and c
Genrish500 [490]

Answer:

Impulse = 10.36 kg m/s

average force = 172.667 N

Explanation:

given data

mass = 0.280 kg

speed = 15.0 m/s

speed = 22.0 m/s

to find out

impulse and magnitude of the average force

solution

we know that Impulse is change in momentum that is

initial momentum = mass × speed    ..........1

initial momentum = 0.28 × (15)

initial momentum = 4.2 kg m/s

Final momentum = mass × speed     ..........2

Final momentum = 0.28 × (-22)

Final momentum = -6.16 kg m/s

so now we get Impulse that is

Impulse = 4.2 - (-6.16)

Impulse = 10.36 kg m/s

and

average force will be

average force = impulse ÷ time

average force = \frac{10.36}{0.060}

average force = 172.667 N
