Shane and Abha earned a team badge that required their team to collect no less than 2000 cans for recycling.

This means a minimum of 2000 cans are needed.

Abha collected 178 more cans than Shane did.

Let us suppose that the cans collected by Shane = S

So, Abha collected = S+178

The inequality to determine the cans Shane collected can be given by :

S+S+178\geq 2000

= 2S+178\geq 2000

2S\geq 2000-178

2S\geq 1822

S\geq 911

Leya [2.2K]
Parameterize the lateral face T_1 of the cylinder by

\mathbf r_1(u,v)=(x(u,v),y(u,v),z(u,v))=(2\cos u,2\sin u,v

where 0\le u\le2\pi and 0\le v\le3, and parameterize the disks T_2,T_3 as

\mathbf r_2(r,\theta)=(x(r,\theta),y(r,\theta),z(r,\theta))=(r\cos\theta,r\sin\theta,0)

The integral along the surface of the cylinder (with outward/positive orientation) is then

A 20ft ladder leans up against the wall. if the ladder is 3ft from the wall, what angle does the ladder make with the ground
RoseWind [281]

<u>Answer:</u>

<h2>θ ≈ 81.37°</h2>

<u>Explanation:</u>

let the angle the ladder makes with the ground be θ

θ = cos⁻¹(3/20)

θ = cos⁻¹(0.15)

θ ≈ 81.37°

Andrea is selling candles as a fundraiser. she spent $50 on supplies for making the candles. she plans to sell the candles for $
Luda [366]
In order for Andrea to make profit, the value of the C in the given function must not be 0 or less than zero. So, let's find the value of x when C is zero.

C = 0 = 10x - 50
x = 5

Hence, the number of candles sold represented by x must be more than 5 (< 5). Therefore, the domain is (5,+∞). When the value of x is more than 5, the C or the range would be greater than 0. Thus, the range is (0,+∞).

Answer:

25%

Step-by-step explanation:

100% means total amount of people surveyed, which is 300 people total.

We're looking for females who own a blue car, so that's 75 people out of 300.

75/300 = 0.25

Convert the decimal to percent by moving decimal 2 places to the right

Answer is 25%
