Advise Mr. Walker to call 911 and be seen in the emergency room. SOA, pressure in the chest and sweating (diaphoresis) are i indicators of heart attack. I would suggest a low dose of baby aspirin too to thin the blood in the event it is a heart attack.

Answer:

He is probably having a heart attack. It is considered a medical emergency. In case of these symptoms, we have to call the Emergency Service immediately. The first two hours are critical to the risk of death.

Explanation:

Heart attack happens when blood flow to the heart is interrupted and the heart does not receive enough blood and oxygen to keep up.  With this, the heart muscle dies or is damaged. Diabetic, hypertensive, cigarrete users, obese patients suffering from stress and depression, as well as those with cardiac arrhythmia, complete the risk group for the disease.  Not all people who have a heart attack die. To increase the chances of survival, immediate medical attention is indispensable.

Chest pain is the main symptom of heart attack. The patient may also feel extended pain to the arms, shoulders and neck. These signals last approximately 20 minutes and may come and go. Other sympthons like: fainting , dizziness , shortness of breath (especially in the elderly) , excess sweat , tingling  may occur.
