Hello There!

The declaration of independence was ratified July 4, 1776. The declaration of independence was very important and it formed the United States of America. The declaration of independence was signed by 56 delegates to the continental congress and outlined the important reasons for being independent from Great Britain. The main purpose of the declaration of independence was to explain to foreign nations why many colonies decided that it was time to separate from Great Britain. Thomas Jefferson was the author of the declaration of independence and the third president of the United States of America.

Can someone please help me get a idea for a political cartoon? The topic I got is the Spanish-American war
Sav [38]

Answer:

You could draw America in a cape pretending to be a hero since they wanted to help Cubans gain independence from Spain. Or maybe draw it like america is the big strong parent figure and cuba is trying to hide behind them while spain (the other parent figure) is trying to punish them. I havent learned a lot about the spanish-american war but i still hope this helps.
