We're are given the following system of linear equations:
$n=3m-11$
$2m+3n=0$

What we'll do, is substitute the $n$ in the second equation by the definition of $n$ given in the first equation ($n=3m-11$):
$2m+3n=2m+3(3m-11)=2m+9m-33=11m-33=0$

We solve for $m$ from the previous equation:
$11m-33=0$
$m= \frac{33}{11}=3$

Now we know $m=3$.

In order to get the numerical value of $n$ we use the fact that $m=3$ in the first equation:
$n=3m-11=3(3)-11=9-11=-2$

So $n=-2$. 

The answer is n=-2 and m=3.
