Answer 1

Option A - Bloody Diahrrea

Explanation

Bloody diarrhea is the most common sign of foodborne illness. The reason is because the blood can arise from anywhere along your digestive tract, from the mouth to the anus. Bloody diarrhea is usually a symptom of gastrointestinal bleeding due to foodborne disease or illness. Bloody diarrhea may also be referred to as dysentery, which is usually caused by a bacterial infection.

Answer 2

Option D - A Raw Steak

Explanation

You are most likely to find E. coli in raw steak. The reason is a raw steak is not properly cooked. E. Coli is heat sensitive microorganism which can be destroyed by providing heat. When assessing a client who reports recent chest pain, the nurse obtains a thorough history. Which client statement most strongl
docker41 [41]

OPTIONS:

A. "The pain lasted about 45 minutes."

B. "The pain resolved after I ate a sandwich."

C. "The pain got worse when I took a deep breath."

D. "The pain occurred while I was mowing the lawn."

Answer:

D. "The pain occurred while I was mowing the lawn."

Explanation:

Angina Pectoris, which can also be referred to as stable angina, is a temporary chest pain that doesn’t last up to 20 minutes. This pain is triggered when one engages in stressful physical activity or is emotionally stressed, causing reduced blood flow to the heart, which results in insufficient supply of oxygen to the myocardium.

The client stating that the pain occurred while mowing the lawn, strongly suggests angina pectoris, which is triggered by physical activity, as a result of the heart muscles not getting enough oxygen.

To avoid misuse what should you do with pain medication your doctor prescribes you for an injury
max2010maxim [7]

Pain medications for injury are usually opioids that need proper handling to avoid any misuse. I will follow the directions as explained on the label, by my doctor and pharmacist.

Moreover, I will never stop or change my dosing regimen without discussing it with my doctor so I can avoid misusing the drug and I will store my pain medication in the proper place where it will never be reach by children.

In case that there are unused or expired medications, I will never give it to other person. Instead, I will drop off the medication to a DEA-designated drop box or take-back program.
