Answer:

Cryptozoologists aim to prove the existence of organisms from folk lore like big foot, chupacabra, Loch Ness monster etc. These organisms are referred to as cryptids. This branch of science falls under the category of pseudoscience because the usual scientific methods are not used here. It neither falls under the category of zoology nor under the category of folkloristics. Rather on depending on facts and true evidence, it usually depends on word of mouth anecdotal information. Hence, it is also criticized sometimes for not being a true science field.

Because though it is a field of study aimed at proving the existence of mystery animals these animals have never been seen by the human eye and they also are superstitious in existence, unlike other animals we know 100% exist. Therefore this cannot be considered true science.

Aleks [24]

Answer:

The correct answer option is D. Carry nerve impulses from the brain to skin, glands, and muscles

Explanation:

Motor neurons carry signals out of the Central Nervous System (CNS).

These motor neurons have long extensions called axons which spread from the CNS to the muscles that connect with the innervate.

The information from the brain to the muscles and other glands is sent in the form of electrical impulses via the spinal cord.

During the process of _____, two rails or sides break apart and pair up with RNA nucleotides, assembling mRNA.
pav-90 [236]

Answer: The correct answer for the fill in the blank is- Transcription.

Transcription is a genetic process by which DNA ( deoxyribonucleic acid) is converted into mRNA ( messenger RNA) with the help of enzyme RNA polymerase.

During this process, the two strands of DNA are first separated so that the template DNA ( that is having polarity 3' to 5') is exposed.

Using the template strand, RNA polymerase adds the RNA nucleotides according to the Watson and Crick base pairing and thus mRNA transcript is assembled.
