Sorry for the delayed time, it took me a little to be able to figure out how to use every digit to get every number, but I did it, and that was a lot of thinking (jeez my brain hurts now)...

Hope this helps...

GIVEN: 20 = 2+3+7+8

= 7*((8-3)-2)

= ((8+7-3)*2)-2

= ((8*(7-2))+3)/2

= (((8*((7/2)+3))/2)-3

= ((8*7)/2)-3

= (((8+(2-3))*7)-3)-((7+3)*2)

= (((8+(2-3))*7)-2)-((7+3)*2)

= (((8+(2-3))*7)+(2-3))-((7+3)*2)

= ((8+(2-3))*7)-((7+3)*2)

= (8*(7-3))-2

= (8*(3+2))-(7+2)

= (8*(3+2))-(7-(2-3))

= (8*(3+2))-7

= (8*(3+2))-(7+(2-3))

= (8*(3+2))-(7-2)

= (8*(3+2))-(7-3)

= (8*(3+2))-(7-(2+2))

= (8*(3+2))-(7-(2+3))

= (8*(3+2))-(7-(3+3))

= (8*7)-((7+3)+(2*3))

= (8*7)-((7+3)+(2+3))

= (8*7)-((7+3)+(2+2))

= (8*7)-((7+3)+(2*3)-3)

= (8*7)-((7+3)+2)

= (8*7)-((7+3)+(3-2))

= (8*7)-((3*2)+(2*2))

= (8*7)-((3*2)+3)

= (8*7)-((7+(3-2))

= (8*7)-((2*2)+3)

= 2*3*7+8
