The movement that defended the women's rights was the result of abolition. because many people started to support both movements.

Explanation:

Many of the participants of the First Women's Rights Convention in 1848 Seneca had labored in the anti-slavery movement.

It is also important to mention that both movements promoted the promise of liberty and equality in America.

Slaves have now been freed and have their own rights as people while, the Movement for Women's Right succeeded in giving women their own right as well, allowing them to be freed from the shadow of men.
