4. I do not believe James Madison would support one person holding multiple government positions. Madison is famous for his role in the creation of the constitution the amendements that further regulated the power of government and its officials. From his actions it is evident that he was not a man that trust government and its officials. So it would not make sense for him to support one person holding two different governemnt positions at the same time.

5. Seperation of power prevents the government from working in unison soley to perpetuate themselves. It does this by dividing the authority of government and using checks a balances so that government officials of different branches keep each other in check
