Answer:

restrained elegance in art, fashion, and architecture.

Explanation:

The Edwardian period of British history covers the first decade of the 20th century, and is sometimes extended until the beginning of the First World War. This period followed the Victorian Era, and the fashion and style trends that dominated were set by the king, Edward VII, who was a fashionable heir and great admirer or continental Europe. In terms of fashion, clothes became much lighter, tighter and more fitting as a response to the more active lifestyle of the people, and specially that of women. A constant tone of simple and restrained elegance dominated all types of art, including architecture, and would be very influential on the development of Art Nouveau.

They didn’t really need to focus on their home. Yes it provides shelter and some comfort during resting, but back then most of the time they were out hunting and gathering, searching for ways to help themselves, and finding things to do or write for their culture and somewhat. They didn’t have time to relax, they stayed focus and on task on the more important things.

How did hitler establish a totalitarian state in germany? (connexus 7 test)
AlladinOne [14]
The short answer here is that he first became the totalitarian ruler and then used his authority to make a totalitarian state. He was voted Chancellor in 1933 but he used his power to make the Reichstag pass the Enabling Act which allowed him to pass the laws without the participation of the Reichstag and thus taking the complete control of the state. He achieved this through persuasion and violence.
