Being at the beach: Joyous, thrilled - Smiling, jumping (for joy)
Seeing a tornado nearby: Terror, despair - Crying, shaking
Crossing paths with a grizzly bear: Doom, hopelessness - Frozen, sweating
Skydiving: Anxious, excited - Fidgeting, nervous laughter
Noticing a suspicious figure...: Suspicious, frightened - Observing, running
Seeing a neighbors house on fire: Pity, distress - Frowning, shaking
Seeing two dogs..: Affectionate, happiness - Smiling, giggling
Receiving money: Surprised, relieved - Jumping for joy, crying

Fight or flight response, tornado, grizzly bear, fire, suspicious figure, - maybe skydiving if you chicken out?

These are all opinions though hopefully this helps.

Given 50.0 grams of Strontium, find grams of Phosphorus required for complete reaction
Sveta_85 [38]

Answer:

                     Mass = 11.78 g of P₄

Explanation:

                     The balance chemical equation is as follow:

                                          6 Sr + P4 → 2 Sr₃P₂

Step 1: Calculate moles of Sr as;

Moles = Mass / M/Mass

Moles = 50.0 g / 87.62 g/mol

Moles = 0.570 moles

Step 2: Find moles of P₄ as;

According to equation,

6 moles of Sr reacted with  =  1 mole of P₄

So,

0.570 moles of Sr will react with  =  X moles of P₄

Solving for X,

X = 1 mol × 0.570 mol / 6 mol

X = 0.0952 mol of P₄

Step 3: Calculate mass of P₄ as,

Mass = Moles × M.Mass

Mass = 0.0952 mol × 123.89 g/mol

Mass = 11.78 g of P₄

2c4H10 +13O2 —>8CO2+10H2O to find how many moles of oxygen would react with 4.3 mol C4H10
Elena-2011 [213]

Answer:

\large\boxed{\text{28 mol of O$_{2}$}}

Explanation:

             2C₄H₁₀ + 13O₂ ⟶ 8CO₂ + 10H₂O

n/mol:      4.3

13 mol of O₂ react with 2 mol of 2C₄H₁₀

\text{Moles of O}_{2} = \text{4.3 mol C$_{4}$H$_{10}$} \times \dfrac{\text{13 mol O}_{2}}{\text{2 mol C$_{4}$H$_{10}$}} = \textbf{28 mol O}_{2}\\\\\text{The reaction requires $\large\boxed{\textbf{28 mol of O$_{2}$}}$}
