No a sphere consisting of steel at some dimensions such as 3 ft^3 wouldn't weigh the same as a sphere of silicone at 3 ft^3

The objects will not always have the same mass because they might not be made of the same substance. Some substances are heavier or denser than others. For example; A plate made of clay will be lighter than one made out of gold or diamond. Also, if you fill a beaker with water and another with sand at the same level, you will notice that the beaker with sand will be heavier and weigh a lot more than the beaker with water. This is because sand is denser than water. Hope i helped. GOODLUCK.

What is the area of ALP?
Answer in the box
I’ve tried but i didn’t get the right answer
ASHA 777 [7]

Answer:

 \boxed{486}

Step-by-step explanation:

Using the Pythagorean theorem, you can find the length KP:

 KP = √(45² -36²) = √729 = 27

The area of ALP is the same as the area of AKP:

 (1/2)(KP)(KA) = (1/2)(27)(36) = 486 . . . . square units

Make d the subject of the formula h = d/3 + 2
Thepotemich [5.8K]
First what you would have to do is distribute the reciprocal to the (d/3 + 2) and the d/3 is canceled out. You are left with h=6/d. When you put the h over 1 in a fraction, it stays the same. Like in trig, you switch the d and the h and you have d/1=6/h.

d=6/h
