Assess your nerves. In order to know what to do to best help yourself through nerves, take stock of your symptoms and focus on ways for calming

Prepare before a big event if you feel like doing better.

Breath, go take a walk, drink a glass of water, be outside and think about positive things.

Hope this helps you :)

Communication

Communication between the doctor and the patient is fundamental in the provision of health services. And precisely in Massachusetts we have the international organization of medical interpreters, the famous IMIA.

With this information, we can conclude that a good understanding between the health professional and the patient is essential, and several tools can be used when they do not speak the same language.
