Answer:

Check the explanation

Explanation:

His ideas are real and very objectively. Beauty resides, according to Plato, in his examination of the Forms. To him it is really not about the observer's experience. His outset is atypically objective. It is a more idealistic idea rather than that of materialistic courage, and beauty is Plato's non-physical thoughts. Objectivity is coined out from the theory that it is not a feature based on the observer's scope of experience (Tatarkiewicz and Wladyslaw 172).

Beauty is conventionally associates with the aesthetic experience, a typical way of referring to basic qualities of a reaction human observers give, such as delight, calm, elevation, or pleasure. It features to some natural phenomenon like that of mountains and sunsets, including the human- made artifacts like paintings and symphonies.

The reporter notes that the prosecution will present factors in the sentencing phase, while the defense will present factors dur
Alborosie

Answer:

False

Explanation:

A trial is the process where a suspect individual has his criminal acts tried until a judge can conclude whether he is in fact guilty of the crimes, or innocent. If guilty, a fair punishment related to the seriousness of your crimes will also be taken.

In order for the judge to reach a conclusion, it is necessary for lawyers to expose facts that blame or exonerate the suspected individual. For this, the prosecuting attorney must present the factors that incriminate the defendant before the sentence, while the defense attorney it must present the factors that absolve the reu, also before the sentence phase. This is because the sentence phase is the moment when the judge and the jury reach a conclusion about the defendant.

One factor that can influence the punishment that the meeting will receive if found guilty is the tendency of the jury to opt for the death penalty. If the jury of a given state is prone to the death penalty, this is a punishment option for the defendant, this may be a factor that influences the sentence.

Discuss and distinguish the three different, nonscientific ways of learning about the world around you . Share examples of each
Nina [5.8K]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

The three different, nonscientific ways of learning about the world around you could be the following: experience, common sense, family oral traditions.

My examples are the following.

Experience. I think this is the best way to learn about real-life issues. You can read books, listen to teachers at school, but to truly learn you need to live, to experience. There is nothing like this. Theory can teach you up to a limit, but when you live it, you understand causes, decisions, and consequences.

Common sense. You logically think about what is the common thing to decide or do in any given situation. For example, what to do when someone is lying on the floor, you immediately ask for help or call 911.

Family oral traditions are what mom, dad, grandpa, and grandma teach you since you are a child

The limitations of these nonscientific ways of learning about the world around you are that not everybody has the same background, culture, traditions, and belief systems; which means everybody has different criteria of what is good or bad for them.
