Addition is we all know is the mathematical operation in which we sum up the values of each element or term in the operation to come up with the answer called sum. As shown below,
                    6 + 6 = 12

For multiplication, we count how many of each of the element is common and how many times are they added to themselves. The answer is then called the product. In the example above, we have 2 sixes and that can be expressed into,
                   6(2) = 12

The multiplication operation is a way to shorten the repetitive addition operation.

9/10 is about 10/10 or 1 and 1/3 is about 0, so just add 1+0=0. Annie walked 1 mile yesterday.

How do you reduce 75/100?
Anestetic [448]
Find the greatest common factor and then divide each number by it.

in this case the gcf for 75 and 100 is 25.

75 divided by 25 = 3
100 divided by 25 = 4

so 75/100 simplified = 3/4

All you need to do is plug in the points!

Here we go:

3(0)- 4(-5)-8

If it equals 12, then it is a point and an answer.

3(0)- 4(-5)-8= 12

(0,-5) is a point!

Next one:

3(4)-4(-2)-8

12+8-8
That equals twelve. (4,-2) is an answer as well!

I am going to quickly plug in the rest of the points, since I think you have the idea.
(8,2) 3(8)-4(2)-8= 8 This is not an answer.
(-16,-17) 3(-16)-4(-17)-8 = 12 This is answer.
(-1,-8) 3 (-1)-4(-8)-8= 21 This is not an answer.
(-40,-34) 3(-40)-4(-34)-8= 8 This is not an answer.

I hope this helped you!

Brainliest answer is always appreciated!
