240-40 = 200 rent for 2 busses

240/2 = 100 $ they can spend on each bus rental.

Answer:

$100

Explanation:

Since they are renting 2 buses, they will need 2 bus drivers.  They will tip each driver $20; this will be a total of 2(20) = $40.

This means they will have $240-$40 = $200 left for the buses.

They will be renting 2 buses; this gives them 200/2 = $100 for each bus.

Alla [95]

Answer:

<h3>k = -6x+4</h3>

Step-by-step explanation:

x =\frac{4-k}{6}

Cross Multiply

x \times 6 = (4-k)\times 1\\\\6x = 4-k

Isolate k

6x -4 =-k

Divide through by -1

\frac{6x}{-1} -\frac{-4}{-1} = \frac{-k}{-1}\\ \\-6x+4 =k\\\\k =-6x+4
