All the names of the voltage are voltage itself.

Explanation:

Voltage are known by the different names like EMF, potential difference and voltage.

Thinking practically the voltage is the energy required to move electrons in a conductor to make the current flow by the electrons.

The potential difference is the difference of the voltage potential between the two conductors similar to the water flow from high level to the low level. so, the movement of the electrons will be towards the conductor where the potential is less than the other.

Similarly, EMF (Electro-motive force) is the force provided by a voltage source to move electrons in a conductors for the flow of the current in the conductor.

So, all these names are used for the voltage itself but at different places and conditions.
