The molarity of the acid is 0.086 00 mol/L.

HC₂H₃O₂ + NaOH → NaC₂H₃O₂ + H₂O

Since 1 mol of acid reacts with 1 mol of base, we can use the formula

M₁V₁ = M₂V₂

M₁ = ?; V₁ = 50.00 mL
M₂ = 0.1000 mol/L; V₂ = 43.00 mL

M₁ = M₂ × \frac{ V_{2}}{ V_{1}} = 0.1000 mol/L × \frac{43.00 mL}{50.00 mL} = 0.086 00 mol/L

What is ΔG° at 298 K for the following equilibrium? Ag+(aq) + 2NH3(aq) Ag(NH3)2+(aq); Kf = 1.7 × 107 at 298 K a. 41 kJ b. 0 c. –
jekas [21]

Answer:

ΔG° = 41.248 KJ/mol (298 K); the correct answer is a) 41 KJ

Explanation:

Ag+(aq)  +  2NH3(aq)  ↔ Ag(NH3)2+(aq)

⇒ Kf = 1.7 E7; T =298K

⇒ ΔG° = - RT Ln Kf.....for aqueous solutions

∴ R = 8.314 J/mol.K

⇒ ΔG° = - ( 8.314 J/mol.K ) * ( 278 K ) ln ( 1.7 E7 )

⇒ ΔG° = 41248.41 J/mol * ( KJ / 1000J )

⇒ ΔG° = 41.248 KJ/mol

Fusion is safer than fussion because....
Goryan [66]

Answer: B, a fusion recrion creates waste material that is easier to store than fission.

Fusion produces far less harmful waste than fission does. The reliance of something independent like whether a reaction will stop on its own when something goes wrong is never indefinite (technological failures are unpredictable and destructive a lot of the time when it comes down to nuclear power).
