Option C  is the correct answer.

Epigenetic tags continue to accumulate in response to ongoing experience throughout the life span.

Epigenetic tags refers to the external modifications to DNA which can turn on and turn off the genes. Though these modifications do not change the DNA sequence but they affect how a cell reads the genes.

Zebra mussels are tiny clam-like organisms that strain plankton out of the lake water. They attach to piers, boat hulls, pipes,
-Dominant- [34]
<h2>Availability of Plankton</h2>

Explanation:

  • The term plankton comes from the Greek derivative planktos, meaning wandering. Organisms in this group spend either part or all of their life in a drifting state, with no ability to swim against a current. Most have little or no ability to swim at all. Though some are larger, most planktonic creatures are microscopic and make up the bottom of the food chain in aquatic environments
  • Plankton can be divided into two categories: phytoplankton are those organisms that are plant-like, and zooplankton are organisms that are animal-like. Interestingly enough, many planktonic species are neither plant nor animal but are creatures that belong to the kingdom Protista
  • Zebra muscles are found in water bodies which attached to pipes and other surfaces of water supply to impliment the availability of plankton

A heterozygous tall pea plant is allowed to self-fertilize. The resulting F1 progeny are 25% homozygous tall, 50% heterozygous t
maks197457 [2]

Answer:

25% heterozygous tall

Explanation:

If we take the F1 generation as parents and let them self-fertilise, we have 4 crosses.

The first one for homozygous tall, then we have 100% AA.

The second and third one for heterozygous tall and we have 25% AA, 50%Aa and 25%aa for each of them.

The last one would be for dwarf, and we'll have 100%aa.

Adding all of them, we'll have

AA = 100 + 25 + 25 = 150%

Aa =  50+50 = 100%

aa = 100 + 25 + 25 = 150%

as we had 4 crosses, so dividing the total percentages by 4, we'll have,

AA = 37.5%

Aa = 25%

aa = 37.5%

:. The percentage of heterozygous tall would be 25%.

Hope it helps:)
