You will put x=0 and calculate the value of y=1 and then put y=0 and get value of x=1 and then put x=1 and get value of y=0 and then put y=1 and get x and so one , finally you could plot the graph.

LenKa [72]

Answer:

$201,855.65136317

Step-by-step explanation:

A= $500000 P= ? R = 2.6 N = 35*4= 140

A= P(1+R/4*100)^4n

$500000 = P(1+2.6/400)^140

$500000 = P(402.6/400)^140

$500000 = P* 2.4770175946196

500000/2.4770175946196 = P

$201,855.65136317 = P

I did it using calculator for great precision.

Thank you

A normal distribution is observed from the number of points per game for a certain basketball player. If the mean is 16 points a
Hatshy [7]

Answer:

The probability that in a randomly selected game, the player scored between 12 and 20 points is 95%.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given information: The population mean is 16 and standard deviation is 2.

We need to find the probability that in a randomly selected game, the player scored between 12 and 20 points.

P(12

12=16-2(2)=\mu-2\sigma

20=16+2(2)=\mu+2\sigma

So, we need to find the value of

P(\mu-2\sigma

According to the empirical rule:

P(\mu-\sigma

P(\mu-2\sigma

P(\mu-3\sigma

Using the empirical rule, we get

P(\mu-2\sigma

P(12

Therefore the probability that in a randomly selected game, the player scored between 12 and 20 points is 95%.
