Answer:

Air pollution

Explanation:

Air pollution and dust storms are the main environmental conditions that lead to the damage of the alveolar sacs. Air pollution results in the shortness of breath in an individual, which leads to the weakening and rupturing of the inner walls of the alveolar sacs with time. Diffusion of oxygen becomes difficult as a result of large air spaces (decrease in surface area of the lungs) that are created in the alvoelar sacs by the effect of air pollution. This results in the drop in the quantity of oxygen supplied to the blood stream.

Answer:

Information sufficiency threshold

Explanation:

information sufficiency is the amount of information needed by people to deal adequately with a given risk in their own lives

The sufficiency threshold is an individual's desired confidence level, or the point at which individuals feel capable of coping with  their current motives. Typically, individuals will put sufficient cognitive effort until their level of confidence reaches their sufficiency threshold.

The sufficiency principle is based on two levels of confidence: the level of confidence an individual has in a judgment and the level of confidence an individual desires in a judgment.
