Both are equally likely to become infected. But it depends on how far the nail is in the foot and how bad the cut is on the finger.

→ Use different plates for the cooked and uncooked meats.
WHY? Most likely, there are still juices from the uncooked meat on the plate that it was on. Those juices can be potentially dangerous since they haven't been heated to kill bacteria.
→ You should always purchase fresh, long-lasting, meats.
WHY? Eating spoiled meats will for sure have you at a medical center.
→ Cook your meat immediately after (microwave) defrosting.
WHY? High temperatures are suitable for harmful bacteria to thrive in.
