Ethics are the standards of right and wrong set for us by society, whereas legality refers to "the minimum protection a society enacts toward behavior that is harmful to many".

Ethics and laws and firmly related since laws speak to least ethical practices of individuals; yet they are particular from numerous perspectives. Ethics gives individuals rules on the most proficient method to conduct to make a tranquil society; however laws help out limitations through discipline. Once in a while ethics and laws don't really have any cover, however these two consolidated characterize how individuals should conduct in the general public.

Legality is the minimum protection a society enacts toward behavior that is harmful to many. The way to ensure legality is by having the law.

EXPLANATION

Law is basically a system of many rules, that are made in order to regulate behavior. The governmental institutions are usually the ones who made the laws. “The art of justice” and “the science of justice” are usually the names that people also called law as. Law’s purpose is to ensure that every individual and community in the area adhere to the will of the state.

A single legislator or a collective legislature can make the state’s laws. The constitution deeply influences the making of the law, whether it’s tacit or written. Society, history, and economics are deeply influenced by the law in a country. The law works as the mediator of relations between the people in the country.

There are two kinds of laws, which are civil law jurisdictions and common law systems. In the common law systems, the law that is made is from the judge-made precedent. Meanwhile, in civil law jurisdictions, the legislature or central body codifies and consolidates the state’s laws.

Religious aspects in a country can play a big role in the making of a law. Religious communities also influence the making of a law. Let’s take Islamic Sharia law as an example. The Islamic Sharia Law is commonly used by many countries in the world, such as Iran and Saudi Arabia.

Why does gender schema encourages stereotyping
Natalija [7]
Gender schema encourages stereotyping due to the teachings of the customs/traditions of the cultures they’re brought up in. for example, some cultures like in the middle-east teach children that women should stay in the house, cook, clean & be modest, whereas other cultures such as switzerland, denmark, and sweden teach children that women have the same rights as men and can live the lifestyle she wishes to live. this encourages stereotyping as some cultures stereotype a persons gender and automatically give them “roles” due to their gender.
