Any time a scientific theory is challenged it means it's not a good theory. Why?

All I know is that a theory is a hypothesis that has been proven correct many times. So based on that if it is a scientific theory that has been proven correct many time by many people and now it is being challenged because maybe something new was discovered. That doesn't always mean it is not a good theory.

Hope this helps.

If a theory is challenged, then that means that the theory may have a specific flaw, making it "not good"

erastova [34]

Answer:

x = 4

Step-by-step explanation:

1.5(x + 4) – 3 = 4.5(x – 2)

Distributive property

1.5x + 6 - 3 = 4.5x - 9

1.5x + 3 = 4.5x - 9

1.5x - 4.5x = -9 -3

Debora [2.8K]

Answer:

The Number sentence 36 ÷ 3 will be used to find number of guest invited in Ryan dinner.

There were 12 guests invited to Ryan's dinner.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Total Number of pieces = 36 pieces.

Also Given:

Ryan set a table with a fork, knife, and spoon for each dinner guest.

From above we can conclude that;

Number of Piece for each Dinner guest  = 3 piece.

We need to find the number of guest invited in Ryan dinner.

number of guest invited in Ryan dinner will be equal to Total Number of pieces used for guest divided by Number of Piece for each Dinner guest.

framing in equation form we get;

number of guest invited in Ryan dinner = \frac{36}{3}=12 \ guest

Hence The Number sentence 36 ÷ 3 will be used to find number of guest invited in Ryan dinner.

Also There were 12 guests invited to Ryan's dinner.
