Depending on where we live, can affect our physical healthiness. According to a study by Institute for the Study of Youth Sports, there are several variables and invariables that influence physical fitness, which are age, gender, race and ethnicity, these are invariables because they can't change.

On the other hand, variables (can be change) that influence physical health are behavioural and personality characteristics, environmental circumstances and community settings.

This mean that our physical health can be affected by the environment around, which if we analyse and think about it, we will find out that is true. For example, if you live next to a dump, or in a location where pollution is high, then you are gonna have healthy problems. Or if you the environment around you make you fell uncomfortable, it will change your behaviour towards exercise, causing the lack of motivation to workout and have a fitness life.
