$V=\frac{4}{3} \pi r^{3} =\frac{4\pi r^{3} }{3} =\frac{\pi}{3} (4 r^{3} )$

As r= 7 she needs to multiply numerator $4 r^{3} = 4 (7^{3)} =4(343) =1372$
