You have to look at the number of protons each have: The greater the number of protons is, the greater the mass is.
Neon-20 have 20 protons, and neon-22 have 22 protons. Neon-22 have more protons than Neon-20, so the mass of Neon-22 is greater than the mass of neon-20.

Neon-22 is the isotope with the greater mass.

P.S. When you have two isotopes of the same element, the one with the greater number will always have the greater mass
