I would say (B). I f you cannot follow the food routine for a long period of time then you are futilely trying to stay healthy. There is no point on staying healthy just for a short period of time. That's my opinion at least.

I believe the answer is: B. One that can be followed over the course of a lifetime

The most effevtive way to maintain our weight is by making the efforts that we incorporate into some sort of habits or lifestyle. So, it is important to make your food do not obtain abundance of calories while maintaining the smell or taste that make it appetizing.

It is also important to set aside one or two days as "Cheat days", when you can consume meals which you are not necessarily healthy for you in order to avoid boredom.

What bodily and facial changes can be expected in early childhood?
Andru [333]

Answer:

During this period, children's bodies change proportions and they start to look more like adults than babies. Arms and legs stretch to catch up and balance out the head and trunk. Children also begin to lose their "baby fat" as they develop sleeker, straighter bodies with the strong muscles necessary for work and play.
