This approach bases employee evaluations on a set of standards created by the company, which may include traits, behaviours, skills, or completed tasks. While the employee's work performance and technical skill set will still be evaluated by the employee and his or her manager, this review process will now incorporate input from peers, direct reports, and/or non-direct supervisors that the employee routinely collaborates with.
