What is the relationship between chemical bonds and energy in the body ?

The body uses energy to break chemical bond(takes energy). When a bond forms, energy is released(like magnet) in the form of Kinetic Energy. Bonds are being broken & formed in your body at the same time(series of chemical reactions).
