Explanation: Ileorectal anastomosis is a surgical procedure that involves the joining or connection of the terminal end of the small intestine, (ileum) to the rectum.
Ileorectal anastomosis is performed when there is inflammation of the colon,cancer of the colon,Crohn's disease(inflammatory condition of the linning of the digestive tract), chronic intestinal obstruction and chronic active disease like Epstein-Barr virus.
Ileorectal anastomosis is also indicative where there is a total removal of the colon.

HIV infection is difficult to cure even by multiple treatment with multiple medications because this is a kind of highly communicable virus and it decreases the resistance of our body everytime .
